Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns 
Our return policy is for 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

2. Returns Procedure
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact us: Send an email to pinkpetbox@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return and any other relevant information.
2. Return approval: Once we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
3. Shipping of the item: You will need to ship the item to the address we will provide you. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect. 

3. Items Not Eligible for Return 
Certain types of products are not eligible for return, including:

- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift Cards

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds 
If you have not yet received your refund, after 15 days of the reclamation first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.

6. Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at pinkpetbox@gmail.com and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.

7. Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs to return your item are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or has been incorrectly shipped. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

8. Return Shipping from European Union Countries
