Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Area
We ship from Poland to all European Union countries. If you have any questions about whether we ship to your country, please feel free to contact us in the email: pinkpetbox@gmail.com
2. Processing Times
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Poland within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that during high demand periods or special promotions, processing time may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country:
- Poland: 1-3 business days
- Rest of European Union: 5-7 business days
Please note that these are estimated times and may vary depending on the availability of courier services and local customs.
4. Shipping Costs
Our tracking provider is InPost with DHL service in door.
We offer several shipping options with rates calculated based on the destination and the weight of the order:
- Standard Shipping in Poland: 4 zt for each 100gr of weight .
- Standard Shipping in European Union: 3 euro for each 100gr of weight .
- Express Shipping: In moment we don't have this service.
Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
5. Shipping Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number of DHL, allowing you to monitor your package's progress in real-time.
6. Taxes and Import Duties
All the products will add a Vat tax of 23% according with the Taxes Polish law. For countries within the European Union, no additional taxes or import duties will apply.
